Father,
Thank You that I no longer have to live in the old self. Christ died to set me free from that identity. Today I choose to put off the patterns of my former life — the worries, the defences, the lies I have believed.
Renew my mind with Your truth. Help me to put on the new self, created in Your likeness, walking in righteousness and holiness. I want to live as the person You have already made me to be.
