Father,
Thank You that I am chosen, holy, and beloved — not because of what I have done, but because of who I am in Christ. Today I choose to put on the garments of the new self.
Give me compassion for those I meet, kindness in my words, humility in my heart, and perseverance when it is hard. Especially, Lord, give me the grace to forgive as I have been forgiven. Let love be the bond that holds everything together.
