Jesus, I’ve been looking at the wrong things. My eyes have been fixed on my fears, my failures, and the size of the obstacles ahead. Today, I choose to look at You. You are the author of my faith — You started this work in me. You are the perfecter — You will bring it to completion. Help me keep my gaze steady on You, especially when the storm rages around me. In Your name, Amen.
