## Reflection
The old self is not something you must defeat through sheer willpower. It is something that has already been dealt with at the cross. You are not fighting to become a new creation — you are learning to live as one. The old has passed away. Not will pass away. Has passed. Today, when the old patterns resurface, remind yourself: that is not who I am anymore. I am a new creation.
