## Prayer

Father, thank You that Christlike character is not something I must manufacture but fruit that Your Spirit produces in me. I confess that I often try to grow by my own effort, and I grow weary. Today I choose to abide in Christ, the true Vine. Let Your Spirit produce in me love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Shape me into the image of Your Son. Give me patience with the process and trust in the Gardener. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
