A Prayer for Releasing What You Carry
Father, I come to You with open hands. For too long I have been holding onto worries that were never mine to carry. Today I choose to release them.
I give You the financial pressure I cannot fix on my own. I give You the relationship that feels strained. I give You the health concern that keeps me awake at night. I give You the future that feels uncertain. These are too heavy for me, but they are not too heavy for You.
Thank You that You do not sigh when I bring my worries. Thank You that You care — genuinely, deeply, personally. I release my grip and trust Your faithful hands.
