“I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.” — Ezekiel 36:26 (WEB)
## Reflection
God does not ask you to manufacture a new heart. He promises to give you one. The stony heart — hard, resistant, unfeeling — He removes. And He replaces it with a heart of flesh — soft, responsive, alive. This is transformation by grace. You cannot make yourself tender. But you can present your heart to the One who promises to make it new. He is faithful to do what only He can do.
