## Prayer
Heavenly Father, set a guard over my mouth today. Help me to pause before I speak and to choose words that build up, not tear down. Fill my heart so full of Your grace that it naturally overflows into everything I say. When I’m tempted to speak in haste or in anger, give me the self-control to stay silent. When I have the opportunity to encourage, give me the boldness to speak. Let my words be a gift today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
